§ 7143

7143. The district may levy and cause to be collected taxes for the purpose of paying the principal of and interest on any indebtedness, whether evidenced by bonds, notes, or other similar evidences of indebtedness, or to pay amounts required by contracts or leases, or to pay any other expenses or claims incurred in carrying out fully the provisions, powers and purposes of this part.(Added by Stats. 1959, Ch. 1598.)
