§ 7146

7146. The district may take by grant, purchase, gift, devise or lease or other acquisition, hold, use, enjoy, lease or dispose of real and personal property of every kind, within or without the district necessary to the full or convenient exercise of its powers.(Added by Stats. 1959, Ch. 1598.)
