§ 7226

7226. Any action or proceeding, wherein the validity of any such bonds or of proceedings in relation thereto is contested, questioned or denied, shall be commenced within three months from the date of the issuance thereof; otherwise said bonds and all proceedings in relation thereto shall be held to be valid and in every respect legal and incontestable.(Added by Stats. 1959, Ch. 1598.)
