After the board has furnished the estimate, the board of supervisors, annually, at the time and in the manner of levying other county taxes, shall levy upon the property within the district and cause to be collected a tax sufficient to pay the amounts set forth in Section 7262.(Added by Stats. 1959, Ch. 1598.)
