All district taxes whether for the payment of indebtedness and the interest thereon or for other purposes are of the same force and effect as other liens for taxes, and their collection shall be enforced by the same means as provided for the enforcement of liens for state and county taxes.(Added by Stats. 1959, Ch. 1598.)
