100165. The department shall have possession and control of all records, papers, officers, equipment, supplies, moneys, funds, appropriations, land or other property, real or personal, held for the benefit or use of any state agency whose functions are vested in the department by Section 100150.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 3.
