100220. With the approval of the Department of Finance, and for use in the furtherance of the work of the department, the director may accept (a) grants of interest in real property, and (b) gifts of money from public agencies or from organizations or associations organized for scientific, educational, or charitable purposes.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 3.
