100375. The Public Health Federal Fund in the State Treasury is hereby created. All grants of money received by the state from the United States, the expenditure of which is administered through or under the direction of the department, shall, on order of the Controller, be deposited in the Public Health Federal Fund.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 3.
