101030. The county health officer shall enforce and observe in the unincorporated territory of the county, all of the following:(a) Orders and ordinances of the board of supervisors, pertaining to the public health and sanitary matters. (b) Orders, including quarantine and other regulations, prescribed by the department. (c) Statutes relating to public health. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 1996.
