101235. The department succeeds to and is vested with the duties, purposes, responsibilities, and jurisdiction heretofore exercised by the State Department of Benefit Payments with respect to the processing, audit, and payment of funds appropriated for the purposes of this article to the administrative bodies of qualifying local health departments.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 3.
