§ 101255

101255. No funds appropriated for the purposes of this article shall be allocated to any local health department unless the governing body of the local health department has appropriated an amount equal to at least twice the per capita allotment provided in subdivision (b) of Section 101230 for the same period from local funds for the support of the local health department. These local funds shall be wholly exclusive of any state or federal funds received or receivable. Actual expenditures of local funds, exclusive of state or federal funds received, shall be not less than the proportion of total expenditures.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 3.
