§ 101410

101410. In the contract the city may provide, as specified in Section 101400, for payment by the city to the county to the county treasurer at times specified in the contract and shall be in an amount to repay the county for the entire cost of the services performed for the city as required in the enforcement of ordinances under the terms of the contract, as nearly as can be estimated or ascertained.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 3.
