101550. The Board of Supervisors of the County of Monterey may by ordinance or resolution order the formation of the Monterey County Special Health Care Authority under this chapter that shall include all of the incorporated and unincorporated areas of the county.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 3.
