§ 101565

101565. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the board of directors of the authority, members of its community advisory board, members of its professional advisory board, and members of committees of those boards, shall be deemed members of a peer review committee within the meaning of Section 43.7 of the Civil Code.(Added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 1023, Sec. 303.5.
