101829. Unless otherwise provided by the board of supervisors by way of resolution, the hospital authority is empowered, or the board of supervisors is empowered on behalf of the hospital authority, to apply as a public agency for one or more licenses for the provision of health care pursuant to statutes and regulations governing licensing as currently written or subsequently amended.(Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 899, Sec. 1.
