Any liabilities or obligations of the hospital authority with respect to the liquidation or disposition of the hospital authority’s assets upon termination of the hospital authority shall not become the liabilities or obligations of the county, except for any liabilities or obligations to the State of California.(Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 899, Sec. 1.
