Any obligation of the hospital authority, statutory, contractual, or otherwise, shall be the obligation solely of the hospital authority and shall not be the obligation of the county, except for any obligations, statutory, contractual, or otherwise, due the State of California.(Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 899, Sec. 1.
