101836. Notwithstanding any other provision of this section, any transfer of the administration, management, or assets of General Hospital or the Family Care Centers, or both, whether or not accompanied by a change in licensing, shall not relieve the county of the ultimate responsibility for indigent care pursuant to Section 17000 of the Welfare and Institutions Code.(Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 899, Sec. 1.
