101837. Notwithstanding the provisions of this article relating to the obligations and liabilities of the hospital authority, a transfer of control or ownership of General Hospital and the Family Care Centers shall confer onto the hospital authority all the rights and duties set forth in state law with respect to hospitals owned or operated by a county.(Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 899, Sec. 1.
