101838. A transfer of the maintenance, operation, and management or ownership of General Hospital to the hospital authority shall comply with the provisions of Section 14000.2 of the Welfare and Institutions Code.(Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 899, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2000.)
