101845. The hospital authority created pursuant to the chapter may borrow from the county and the county may lend the hospital authority funds or issue revenue anticipation notes to obtain those funds necessary to operate General Hospital and the Family Care Centers and otherwise provide medical services.(Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 899, Sec. 1.
