101847. Notwithstanding Article 4.7 (commencing with Section 1125) of Chapter 1 of Division 4 of Title 1 of the Government Code relating to incompatible activities, no member of the hospital authority administrative staff shall be considered to be engaged in activities inconsistent and incompatible with his or her duties as a result of employment or affiliation with the county.(Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 899, Sec. 1.
