101848.6. Open sessions of the hospital authority shall constitute official proceedings authorized by law within the meaning of Section 47 of the Civil Code. The privileges set forth in that section with respect to official proceedings shall apply to open sessions of the hospital authority.(Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 899, Sec. 1.
