103447.5. Upon receipt of the application and sworn affidavit or affidavits, and upon payment of the fee required by Section 103700, the State Registrar shall establish a new birth certificate for the person.(Added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 780, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 2001.)
