103460. If the time and place of birth are not known, the petition shall contain all of the facts known to the petitioner or otherwise available and a statement of the probable time and place of birth as accurately as the circumstances permit. The petition shall be verified as to the known facts only.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1996.)
