103465. Upon the filing of the petition a hearing shall be fixed by the clerk and at the convenience of the court set at a time not less than five nor more than 10 days after the filing of the petition. The hearing may be held in chambers. The court, for good cause, may continue the hearing beyond the 10-day period.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1996.)
