§ 103501

103501. A county recorder shall issue a certified copy of a foreign birth or death recorded in the office of the county recorder only as an official record of the county recorder, as defined in subdivision (a) of Section 27300 of the Government Code, and not as a certified copy of a vital record pursuant to Chapter 14 (commencing with Section 103525) of Part 1 of Division 102.(Added by Stats. 2009, Ch. 332, Sec. 76.5.
