(a) A certification of birth or death outside of the United States shall not be recorded by the county recorder.(b) This section shall not apply to any court-order-delayed birth certificate or court-order-delayed death certificate issued pursuant to Chapter 12 (commencing with Section 103450) of Part 1 of Division 102.(Amended by Stats. 2009, Ch. 332, Sec. 76.7. (SB 113) Effective January 1, 2010.)
