103675. Except as otherwise provided in Section 103065, the fee for issuance of a permit for disposition of human remains is two dollars ($2) payable to the local registrar of births and deaths by the applicant for the permit, when the permit is issued during regularly scheduled office hours of the local registrar of births and deaths.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 4.
