Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the local registrar of births and deaths shall pay to the State Registrar by the 10th of the month following the end of each calendar quarter one-half of the fees collected under authority of Section 103675.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1996.)
