103705. A fee of eleven dollars ($11) shall be paid to the State Registrar by the applicant for the preparation of an amended record that shall include a certified copy of the newly amended record under Section 102670.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1996.)
