(a) A fee of eleven dollars ($11) shall be paid to the State Registrar by the applicant for establishment of a new record of birth or marriage license and certificate under Article 7 (commencing with Section 103425) of Chapter 11.(b) This section shall become operative on January 1, 2023.(Repealed (in Sec. 9) and added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 577, Sec. 10. (AB 218) Effective January 1, 2022. Operative January 1, 2023, by its own provisions.)
