103750. For local registrars serving under authority of Section 102280 the State Registrar shall quarterly certify to the auditors of the several counties the number of births and deaths properly registered, with the names of the local registrars and the amounts due each at the rates fixed by this part.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 4.
