103755. All amounts shall be paid by the treasurer of the county in which the registration district is located, upon warrants drawn by the auditor; provided, that no fee shall be paid by the county to any local registrar who is also a city or county officer or employee and whose salary is by law the sole compensation for his or her services.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 4.
