§ 103765

103765. If no births or no deaths were registered during any week the local registrar is entitled to be paid the sum of fifty cents ($0.50) for each report to that effect, but only if the report is made promptly as required by this part.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 4.
