103795. Any person who uses any information from a certificate of live birth that is stamped with the notation authorized under subdivision (a) of Section 10056.5 is guilty of a misdemeanor.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1996.)
