102220. The State Registrar shall carefully examine the certificates received from the local registrars of births, deaths, and fetal deaths, and if they are incomplete or unsatisfactory shall require any further information that may be necessary to make the record complete and satisfactory.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 4.
