102346. (a) The local registrar of births and deaths shall transmit each month to the Department of Industrial Relations a copy of each certificate of death for which the death has been marked as work-related and which was accepted for registration by him or her during the preceding month.(b) This section shall become operative on January 1, 2003.(Amended by Stats. 2012, Ch. 46, Sec. 75.
