102350. The county board of supervisors may, by resolution, require the local registrar to send a copy of each certificate of death to the physician and surgeon whose statement appears on the certificate pursuant to Section 102825.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1996.)
