102385. If a public agency or private nonprofit agency that receives copies of records pursuant to this section is unable to assure the continued preservation and protection of those records for public use, the records shall be returned to the contributing local registrar or county recorder.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 4.
