Notwithstanding Section 102430, a parent’s social security number contained in the confidential medical and social information portion of the child’s certificate of live birth shall be accessible to the State Department of Child Support Services and local child support agencies for the purposes of operating the Child Support Enforcement Program, as specified in Title IV-D of the federal Social Security Act.(Amended by Stats. 2000, Ch. 808, Sec. 108. Effective September 28, 2000.)
