§ 102755

Upon receipt of the application and payment of the required fee, and in the absence of conflicting information on the originally registered certificate of live birth, the State Registrar shall review the application for acceptance for filing, and if accepted shall establish a new birth certificate for the child in the manner prescribed in Article 1 (commencing with Section 102625), if the original record of birth is on file in the office of the State Registrar.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1996.)
