102925. The state department shall begin to implement the activities referred to in Sections 102905, 102910, 102915, and 102920 only upon an appropriation for the specific purpose of funding the activities.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1996.)
