§ 103025

103025. The certificate of fetal death shall contain items as may be designated by the State Registrar and shall be divided into two sections. The first section shall contain those items necessary to establish the fact of the fetal death. The second section shall contain those items relating to medical and health data and shall be clearly labeled 'Confidential Information for Public Health Use Only.' The information included in the second section shall be kept confidential pursuant to Section 102430.(Amended by Stats. 2005, Ch. 430, Sec. 5. Effective January 1, 2006.)
