§ 103075

103075. Except when a permit is not required to be issued pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 103050, the permit shall accompany the body to its destination, where, if within this state, it shall be delivered to the person in charge of the place of interment.(Amended by Stats. 2006, Ch. 463, Sec. 3.
