104188. The maximum indirect cost rate that may be charged on any cancer research program grant awarded to any institution under this article shall not be more than 25 percent of the institution’s direct costs.(Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 1161, Sec. 9. Effective September 30, 2002.)
