A county or city and county may contract with the state department to provide perinatal program coordination, patient advocacy, and expanded access services for low-income pregnant and postpartum women and women of childbearing age who are likely to become pregnant integrated with the county’s perinatal program.(Added by renumbering Section 349.101 (as added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 194) by Stats. 1996, Ch. 1023, Sec. 125.
