The following goals and priorities shall govern funding services provided under this article pursuant to local plans:(a) The provisions of preventive health education against tobacco use aimed at targeted populations, including pregnant women, mothers of young children, and minorities, school dropouts, and other school-aged youth who would otherwise be unserved. (b) The provisions of preventive health education against tobacco use aimed at school-age youth and their families in the community. (c) The provision of preventive health education against tobacco use aimed at the workplace and the community. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 5. Effective January 1, 1996.)
