104440. Local lead agencies shall be ineligible for awards under the competitive grants program, unless the local lead agency is participant within a consortium of community-based organizations or nonprofit organizations.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 5. Effective January 1, 1996.)
