Notwithstanding any other provision of law, nothing shall operate to prohibit contributions to the program created pursuant to this article by organizations and commissions subject to Division 22 (commencing with Section 64001) of the Food and Agricultural Code.(Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 5.
